Hook and line caught in Northwest waters and frozen on board. then further processed into trimmed frozen vacuum packed individual "sashimi ready" loins. Great grilled as loin portions or medallion steaks or excellent for sashimi preparation. (Each individual loin weighs approximately 1.5 lb.)
